If I'm writing an email. how do i set up a macro in order to place a pre-existing paragraph?

I want to be able to have 20 or so preexisting paragraphs and be able to hit a sequence of keys and just place one paragraph in my email.

Use Autohotkey.com. It works really well for this task.
