Where does MS Outlook store recently typed email addresses?

I'm trying to copy all of the contacts I've sent or recieved emails from in the past. When I type in the letter "a" in the "To:" Box, it begins to autopopulate addresses that I've never saved as a contact. I would like to copy all of these contacts (from a-z) to a word document. Where does MS Outlook store these contact email addresses (that are not listed in my address book)
