How do I stop my scanner menu from popping up when I'm trying to download from a email with attachment?

When I'm click download attachment. The menu for my scanner always comes up. So I can't look at it. It never used to do this its just started happening. How do I stopit so I can look atmy attachments

Hit the Scanner really hard with a two pound Hammer. That will stop it for sure...
