I'm going to send an email to the school of my dreams' head soccer coach. help?

Florida Institute of Technology is my recently discovered dream school. I want to become a doctor and they have great science and pre-med programs. I play soccer now and I hope to play soccer in college too. I wanted to send the head coach an email, but I dont really know what to say. I think it might be a little unprofessional to say 'hey come watch me play i want to be on your team'


So what do I say?

make a nice video of yourself and and ask him if he will be interested to take you on based on the video.
Reply:let him know you are interested in the school and particularly the soccer program and let him know you would like more information so you can set up a form of communication before you try to get him to recruit.
Reply:Just say why you want to play on your team, then tell him your strenghts and sometimes even your weakness( if u say that also say that you'll improve on that).
