I've been trying to get access to it as I used to have for over a year.

if you didn't use an alternative address %26amp; have tried to use the secret questions to reset your password, there's not much else you can do.

Please tell me how to do this without me having to offer up hair samples or dig in my memory for information i don't remember. Just because i don't remember , i should not loose my mail. I have done nothing wrong. Report Abuse

Reply:OH, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I HAVE MANY TIMES ENTERED THE CORRECT USER NAME AND PASSWORD EACH TIME I'VE TRIED TO LOG IN SINCE LAST MONTH.
