Me too...two laptops (mine and my wife's) both with problems. Yesterday, I upgraded her MS Outlook 2002 to the 2007 version and hers is now working. I am on MS Outlook 2003 and nothing will go--it just spins and spins trying to send until I cancel the send. However, somehow my system gets told the mail was sent even though it wasn't. Yahoo should broadcast a message that they are having BIG troubles--many are on this section complaining about long delivery times and poor service/delivery problems. My wife sent a message to me at 10:18 a.m. yesterday--it arrived in my mail box at 4:03 a.m. today!!
Reply:Actually you can report it but there is not a lot Yahoo can do about these scams. The messages come from computers which are taken over by hackers and used for this purpose. It is almost impossible to catch these people. The main thing is for us to be careful not to fall for their scams. Don't answer just delete them Good luck and be careful.
Reply:Hey. Do you have Comcast as your ISP??
Reply:I called yahoo and they told me that because they are eliminating the "smtp.mail.yahoo.com" and the "pop3.mail.yahoo.com" servers we can either wait 3-5 days for the issue to be resolved or pay them to upgrade our account and the problem will be gone. Way to screw your customers yahoo.
