The default Yahoo mail account does not support POP so you cannot set it up.





For $19.99 a year, you can sign up for Yahoo Mail Plus that will allow you to do this. At that point, you will be provided with a pop3 (incoming) and Stmp (outgoing) info that you enter into outlook. See link for info on how to set up outlook
