Please check if you have configured your account properly, by going to Account settings.





Also read regarding PST file some times corroupting it or moving it will cause this kind of problem

Do you have a Installation Cd of Windows if answer is Yes then go to control panel and go for install and remove softwares and select Outlook . select uninstall and it will ask for uninstall or repair. and select repair. then it will ask for the Cd and thats it. rest the maching will do.
