MS Outlook 2007 Junk Email over 4 Billion!?

I cannot seem to find why my Junk Email folder in MS Outlook 2007 shows 429,435,843 (or so) junk emails when the folder is actually empty, but when there is any in it, it shows the correct number minus one? Anyone else had this issue?

That's pretty strange, not sure what's going on there. Are you connected to exchange server?
