Using MS Word 2003 to email merge data from MS Access 2003 application.?

field type for database email address is Hyperlink. During merge, the email address is duplicated w/2nd address in the form: #XXXX@yyyy.com#. this is then unrecognized by Microsoft Outlook
Using MS Word 2003 to email merge data from MS Access 2003 application.?
Change your field type to "text". In Microsoft word, you'll be able to select the text field containing the email address which will be passed on to Outlook in the correct format.
