I cannot remove an outgoing email from my Outbox in MS Office 2003.?

This is a 16mb file that I was trying to send via email to a friend, though I didn't realize it was that large at the time. It is stuck in my Outbox, and is clogging my email system. MS Office is always trying to send it, and therefore everything else gets stuck in behind it. I have to exit Office Outlook, wait, and go back in to send my emails. I have tried the delete button at the top; nothing happens. Is there a back way to find this email/file %26amp; delete it that way? How do I get rid of this stuck email?
