How do i change my favourite contacts when i'm sending an email in hotmail?

i always have to go into show everyone to pick some of my contacts and i want to be able to change my favourites.
How do i change my favourite contacts when i'm sending an email in hotmail?

select a contact


'edit'


above tick the option 'add to my favourites'


or if you want to remove a contact from the favourites group only untick the option
