I've noticed that too in several email programs. When I highlight some text and right click on it, paste is not there. Probably because all these online emails are switching to Java like pages that are actually running code all the time to do things like pull up a bunch of email addresses when you start typing one in. I have found that highlighting the text and holding down ctrl and c (for copy) and then going to the other program and doing ctrl-v usually still works.
