I want to set up MS Outlook with my email address?

HOW TO GET YAHOO E-MAIL TO WORK IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

THIS ALSO WORKS IN INCREDIMAIL

BUT INCRDIMAIL INFORMS YOU WHEN YOU GET AN E-MAIL UNLIKE OUTLOOK EXPRESS

1, Open your yahoo e-mail account

Click on options

Under management, middle column

2, Click on pop access and forwarding

This opens mail forwarding

Next selections are down to user

3, What I done was to click in forwarding

I then forwarded my mail to the email that I new worked for me in outlook express

4, I then set that e-mail up in outlook express

5. I then sent e-mails to my yahoo account, and they were sent to my account in outlook express.

I have also tried this with Icredimail and that also works, but with the difference that incredimail notified me when mail arrived unlike outlook express

So I my self have opted for outlook express.

If you reply to the email, it will be sent by the primary email account in outlook express not your yahoo account. And you can still send mail from your yahoo account, and if you have set your filters right for spam you will get much less junk mail as you will see that in the setting for forwarding your mail

6. The only problem that I could see was with the yahoo dot com. When I selected options it did not have pop access and forward in that options.

It must be there some where but I got fed up looking for it.

It works fine with yahoo.co.uk

For those of you outside UK to get a dot co.uk email account try logging on to Yahoo UK %26amp; Ireland home page and open a yahoo account from there, you might get the dot co.uk account

Best of luck if you get problems message me and will try and help

The first thing you need to be aware of is that your account is paid for or that you have free pop access. If not you must pay for it i know with yahoo you have to pay for the premiun services which is only abot $20 per year. that is very cheep. then you have to set it up it should tell you how on the help section of yahoo
