I bought an item off ebay but its been a week and no response to my email, i'm worried itsfake, please help.

I have their phone number and the seller will answer so Iwas thinking if I should try to find out who he is before it's too late, any advice?

Did you not get the item yet?





How was it being shipped? Media mail? Federal Express? Regular mail? UPS?





Did you pay for it? If so, how?





Did you get the item, but you think it's a knock-off?





Did you file a complaint with Ebay? With PayPal?





Be more specific, and you might get an answer that will actually be of some use to you.
Reply:I had someone say they sent an item (but they never did) on eBay. You can file a dispute and eBay will act as an "in between" for you. They will give both parties an opportunity to plead their case. The seller will then have to provide proof that they sent the item, so you should be safe. Just make sure you start the process soon, because you only get a limited time after the transaction to complain...
