iPhones only work with the AT %26amp;T network right now, so you can't get an iPhone if you have t-mobile. There are unlocking software that lets you configure your iPhone to work on any network, but I'm not sure of the legality of them. Not only that, but you run a substantial risk of irrepairably ruining your phone.
