When I copy something within my Yahoo email and then try to paste it into MS Word, my MS Word crashes. Why?

This problem does not occur with any other email or even from a website, causing me to have to forward the Yahoo message to another email in order to then copy the info and paste it in my MS Word. This is extremely frustrating.......... Help!!!

dunno, could be many things... but here's possible work-around....





copy the text from yahoo mail


in word, in the Edit menu, choose past special, and choose unformatted text.
Reply:The same thing happens to me. It is a new occurance. Every time I attempt to cut and paste into Word. word crashes.





If I open yahoo mail in Firefox (instead of IE) it works. Yahoo needs to FIX this. We shouldnt have to take extra steps. I dont have this problem with any other email accounts.
Reply:maybe because it's too much info. try using notebook then copy it from there hen paste it in the MS word. just try because i only use the notebook for my mail's info
