What settings do i have to be on when trying to send a picture as an email from picasa.i`m on aol 9,lo ?

i`ve tried changing my internet options around like note book,microsoft word, outlook express but to no avail. What do i have to do
What settings do i have to be on when trying to send a picture as an email from picasa.i`m on aol 9,lo ?
1. Press the "Mail Center" button.


2. Press the "Write Mail" button.


3. Press the "Insert a Picture" button. This button is located on the right side of the message toolbar and appears as a small camera icon.


4. Press the "Insert Pictures" button. The "Insert Pictures in Mail" dialog window will then appear.


5. Left click the "My Computer", "My Pictures on AOL" or "Pictures I've Recieved" tab to locate the desired picture(s).


6. Select your picture(s) by using the checkbox next to the thumbnail of the image, then press the "Insert" button.


7. Select either the "Optimized" or "Full" picture sending option
