How do I remove other senders email addresses and text from the body of an email I'm forwarding?

With many other email programs they are very easy to work with forwarding mail. On Yahoo I and Several of my friends (some very experienced) cannot figure out a way when forwarding mail to delete other people's email names (without cut/paste to new email) But especially when clicking forward the text disappears. how can you edit text on something you cant see?

The addresses and/or text doesn't disappear. It is in the activated window,(where you would usually write) that is right below the TO and SUBJECT fields.

You don't normally have to scroll to bring them to the top, but, it sounds as if you might need to--- just a tad.

The blank area at the top is there so you can tack a note on to the forwarded mail----Addresses are below that area and before the mail you are forwarding.

Then highlight those addresses and press the delete key on your keyboard and they're gone in a flash. Then send as usual.

The outgoing mail will be changed. Original remains unaltered--------but a copy of the changed mail goes directly into the sent folder.
Reply:cut and paste is the easiest as it gets. I forgot but there is a way you can put 10 names and forward the email, but each email has only one name, not the names of everyone it was sent to.
Reply:when you forward click the arrow and select forward as inline text and then delete the unwanted email addresses
