I am having error or ms shut down when i try to cut and paste an email message to my ms word...whatsup?

i never had this problem..i am a writer, if i see something (research) i cut and paste (right click etc.) and carry it to microsoft word..and paste it...it is not working...i get the hour glass, and then ms problem without an explanation..i dont know if it the WORD or the link between internet and word? help, thanks debra (nyc)

try notepad instead
