When anyone replys to me, an extra letter gets added to my email name, so i'm not getting the reply?

Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?

You need to correct it in the "reply to" setting.

Mail page%26gt;%26gt;options (top right)%26gt;%26gt;scroll to and click on "general preferences". At the top of that page----erase ANYTHING showing on the "reply to" line.

That line MUST be left blank--IF--you want the replies coming to your account address---then click "save" at bottom of page.

Just in case you're using the "New Mail".

Mail page%26gt;%26gt;options%26gt;%26gt;mail options%26gt;%26gt;accounts (side panel)%26gt;%26gt;add/edit an account%26gt;%26gt;Yahoo mail (side panel)%26gt;%26gt;edit%26gt;%26gt;general preferences----and change it and save it.

Reply:First, go into your computer where you put in the email address that goes with your account and make sure it matches what you think it is.

I've never heard of this happening. Are you sure they are hitting reply and not typing in the error themselves? Maybe you are listed incorrectly in their address book.

At the bottom of the email, put in your correct email address and ask them to use it.
